What Customers Need to Know About the Program:

Immediate Action (Upon First Payment
o Creditor Communication Shield: From the first payment, we start the
process of protecting customers from creditor harassment. All creditor
communications, including calls, texts, and emails, are redirected to us.

o Customer Impact: Customers gain immediate relief, allowing them to live
without constant harassment from creditors.

    By the End of Month 2
    o Reduced Creditor Harassment: Within 60 days, most harassment calls
    should be reduced significantly.

    o Legal Protection: Resolve Law Group offers legal protection to further
    shield customers under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

    Month 3 – Bill Reduction and Financial Goal Setting
    o Bill Reduction Service: Our team works with customers to lower
    recurring bills (e.g., phone, cable, utilities).

    o Financial Goals Discussion: A Senior Advocate will work with each
    customer to identify financial goals and create a tailored plan to achieve
    them.

    Month 4 – Credit Improvement
    o Credit Score Boost: Each payment improves the customer’s credit score,
    as payments are reported to all three credit bureaus.

    o Building Excitement: Highlight how achieving financial relief and
    improving credit can be life-changing for customers.

    Month 5 – Financial Overview and 36-Month Assurance
    o Monthly Financial Check-In: We review customers’ budgets and
    finances to ensure they stay on track.

    o 36-Month Assurance: Explain this element to assure customers of long-
    term commitment and support. After 36 months of payments they will not
    pay any settlement fee to have Resolve Law Group negotiate any
    remaining debts that have not been written off assuring them they never
    pay a settlement fee no matter what.
